TERMS OF SERVICE

Itty Bitty Wonders is open to all legal adults who identify with any form of littlespace or inner child, benefit from the use of sensory items, or with any other reason to utilise these products. IBW does not provide service to minors in kink; should one be identified they will be blacklisted from purchasing with all known names and addresses and blocked from any and all social media belonging to IBW.

IBW holds no responsibility for any injuries, misadventures, or damage to our merchandise which may occur from misuse or consumer error. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued, and any chargeback claims filed will incur a lifetime ban from IBW.

Under no circumstances are replications or alterations of my work permitted by any person who is not myself (IBW). Replications or resale of my items with no credit/claims of these items being made by anyone else are classed as a violation of intellectual property and action will be taken should any violations prevail, both by an individual or an established entity.

POSTAGE

IBW is not responsible for the costs of postage should your order be returned to sender. It is expected when placing your order that your postage and contact details are correct, and all orders are shipped via Australia Post’s MyPost system, which automatically formats addresses to be accepted within its system and therefore be able to be shipped. If your order is returned, you will be contacted to confirm your postage details and amend the postage fees, either via a PayPal invoice/website listing, or via placing another order and paying for postage there should you wish to add more items into your order.

IBW endeavours to keep costs of postage low, however they are as set by Australia Post and are subject to change. All orders are shipped in plain mailers or reused cardboard boxes, with a discrete sender name and contents description. Tracking is included in all orders - please be sure to check all email folders for all information. Your postage confirmation email from Squarespace/Itty Bitty Wonders will come through immediately as your order ships, but your tracking will be sent from Australia Post and may come through on a delay.

All orders will dispatch on a Monday afternoon/evening - 3:30 is the approximate cutoff time for new orders/adding into orders as labels will be printed and packages finalised.

IBW is not responsible for your order in any way once it has been handed over to Australia Post for delivery.

PAYMENT

All orders are processed via the website via the following methods:

• Paypal

• Stripe (Bank Card/Visa Gift Card)

• Apple Pay

• Afterpay (AU)

• Clearpay (UK)

If you are an Australian customer who would prefer to pay via direct bank transfer/PayID, please contact the shop via any method of contact listed on the website.

HELDORDERS/DELAYED SHIPPING + ADDING IN

IBW has a code active at all times that allows customers to add into their open order at any point. This code is “COMBINE”, and it removes the cost of postage from your order. There are two intended and correct uses for this code:

• Adding into an order before shipping - If you’ve placed an order, and wish to add more items into it (you spotted something you missed, more items were released, you got paid, etc), simply use this code to remove the extra postage cost and purchase additional items to ship with your initial order. These combined orders will be identified by the postage and billing details used, so please utilise the same details for each one where possible, especially if someone else is adding into your order for you for gifting or convenience of postage.

• Adding several orders together for delayed shipping - if you are an international customer, or any customer, who wants to get the most out of postage costs and wait times, you can reach out via any method of contact to discuss a delayed/held order. This means your order will not ship until requested by you, and will be available to add into at any time. This gives you the flexibility to purchase custom and premade stock over a few pay cycles/an extended period of time, so you only pay once for postage and wait for one package to arrive. Items will not be held under any circumstances without payment in full.

In both instances, all items purchased will add to the freebie count. In both instances as well, if postage is not paid for one of the combined orders, your order will not be shipped until it has been paid. You will receive an email and a PayPal invoice to explain and amend the situation once your order or cluster of orders is identified to not include postage.

FREE ALTERATIONS TO PREMADES

Premade items can be customised with no additional costs. These customisation options include:

• Deco alterations to premade pacifiers (change of wording/planar and minor deco changes or additions)

• Changes to noisy toys/cubes (removal and/or addition of sensory additives)

• Recycling of items (crinkle toys, paci pouches and noisy toys being transformed from one of those items into another)

• Additions of elements (blankies receiving a snap stud to add a pacifier to)

To confirm any of these changes, please reach out via any method of contact to discuss details and availability of supplies.

CUSTOM ORDERS

IBW offers 24/7 customs with no limit to the amount of customs per customer, for any item with an option on the “Shop Customs” page. Items not on this list may be an option as well upon request.

Please reach out to view available supplies for custom orders. Additional supplies can be ordered at the expense of the customer, and may incur an extra delay. ALL fabric customs will require an additional cost and delay for sourcing fabric, as no fabric is kept on hand for custom orders. If the supplies are on hand, the turnaround time for the item/s will be immediate and the order will ship on the next available Monday.

I reserve the right to replicate elements or pieces of my work. Remakes are subject to supply availability.

If reference is required or desired to be provided, only examples of IBW work is permissible.

Orders will be refused if they are intended to replicate another shop’s intellectual property, or contains hateful or distasteful themes. Under no circumstances are replications or alterations of my work permitted by any person who is not directly working with or for IBW. Replications are classed as a violation of intellectual property and action will be taken should any violations prevail, both by an individual or an established entity.

When a custom is completed, it will be photographed and posted in near chronological order via our social media platforms Due to high volumes of customs and customisations, I cannot guarantee photos will be promptly sent out.

If you are discussing a custom order, payment is expected immediately unless previously noted when initiating the design process. No work will be started, nor supplies ordered, until payment in its entirety has been received. All customers MUST message and confirm supply availability and design viability prior to purchasing a custom slot.
